About us

We do not deliver. Every order is for pickup from the address above.

Ordering and payment

An order is confirmed once payment is complete. All prices are in new Israeli shekels.

Payment is by credit card, bit or Google Pay through the payment processor Tranzila. Card details are entered at Tranzila; they do not pass through this website and are not stored by us.

A document for the payment is issued as required by law.

Pickup

You choose a pickup window when you order. Orders must be placed a number of hours ahead, as shown on the site, and up to the maximum number of days shown.

Please collect within the window you chose. If you cannot make it, contact us as soon as possible.

Changes and cancellations

You can ask to change or cancel an order up to 24 hours before the pickup time, by phone or WhatsApp. A cancellation at that point is refunded in full to the original payment method.

Our baked goods are made specially for you and are perishable, so an order cannot be cancelled less than 24 hours before pickup unless the product is defective.

Custom cakes

The price of a custom cake is set in a quote. The order is confirmed by paying the quoted amount in full. The cancellation terms above apply.

Kashrut and allergens

All ingredients are Badatz Eidah Chareidit or Landau.

Products are made in a home kitchen that also handles gluten, eggs, milk, nuts, sesame and other allergens, so traces may be present. If you have an allergy or sensitivity, please contact us before ordering.

Defects and complaints

If a product arrives defective, or you have a concern, contact us promptly by phone, WhatsApp or email and we will put it right.

General

We may update these terms; the version in force when you order applies to that order. Israeli law governs these terms.
